Sin City 2 Terms and Conditions

I understand that this paid entry into the 2022 Spiderz Sin City 2 Mega Draft Softball Tournament is 100% non-refundable, non-transferable and all sales final. In the event you cannot make the Sin City 2 Mega Draft after payment has been made and before Live Draft Day (July 28, 2022), Spiderz will try to find someone off the waiting list to take your spot. If we find someone, we will refund all monies paid to Spiderz by you LESS a $30 administration fee. You may not sell or transfer your spot by your own efforts. If you back out after Live Draft Day or after July 28, 2022 (whichever comes first) through October 14, 2022,  you will receive a refund LESS $120 (Jersey Fee) and LESS any optional add-on purchases ordered such as Official Tournament & Companion Jerseys, and we will ship you your (3) custom full dye team jerseys and optional add on pieces approximately 10-15 business days after the tournament has been completed. If you back out after October 14, 2022 you will receive no refund and we will ship you your uniform package LESS the Hat approximately 10-15 business days after the tournament has been completed. You agree to not hold Spiderz Sports or any of its employees or agents liable for any harm or injury while playing or spectating at the 2022 Spiderz Sin City 2 Mega Draft. Spiderz Sports has a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for fighting, player discrimination and foul language during our events. Spiderz Sports reserves the right to Permanently Eject any player or spectator from the tournament and grounds at any time for violating this policy, with no refund of any monies paid. You also agree to be present at all games your team has scheduled during the 2022 Spiderz Sin City 2 Mega Draft tournament. In the event of a 2022 Spiderz Sin City 2 Mega Draft tournament cancellation anytime between 12:01am July 28, 2022 and 11:59pm Sunday October 20th, 2022, the registered participant agrees to accept the event Uniform Package that was custom made for the participant, as Services/Products Rendered In Full and no refunds given. Furthermore, if the event is canceled BEFORE the scheduled uniform pickup date of October 20th, 2022, Spiderz will ship complete Uniform Package to participant via USPS Priority or UPS Ground by no later than a postmark date of Friday November 11th, 2022 with all shipping costs paid for by Spiderz. If the event is canceled BEFORE the 1st pitch of the 1st game on the scheduled start date of October 20th , 2022, Spiderz will distribute all tournament prizes/awards via Random Drawing Giveaways and Contests on Spiderz Mega Draft Facebook Group via Facebook Live to registered participants of the 2022 Spiderz Sin City 2 Mega Draft by no later than Friday November 11th, 2022. If the tournament is cancelled after the 1st pitch of the 1st game on the scheduled start date of October 20, 2022, and before the end of the Play-In Game Round, Spiderz will distribute all tournament prizes/awards via Random Drawing Giveaways and Contests on Spiderz Mega Draft Facebook Group via Facebook Live to registered participants of the 2022 Spiderz Sin City 2 Mega Draft by no later than Friday November 11th, 2022. If the tournament is cancelled after the completion of the Play-In Game Round(s), Spiderz will distribute all tournament prizes/awards via the tournament director’s discretion. Tournament director reserves all rights to modify any game to a 1-pitch, eliminate play-in game round, modify time limit, in the event of time constraints due to Weather or Random Acts of God. Any Player Registration Cancellations or Drops before July 28th, 2022 are subject to a $30 Administration Fee. Absolutely NO REFUNDS of any amount after July 28th, 2022.
